The short version

Your PDF floor plan is opened and measured inside your browser. We do not receive it, store it or see it. We have no user accounts and no advertising trackers.

What stays on your device

• Your PDF, the rooms you draw and the results live only in the browser tab's memory and disappear when you close or reload it.
• We use your browser's local storage for: your language choice, your license key, a note of which file a Tek Plan key is bound to (file name and size), and a counter of free plans used this month. This data never leaves your device and you can erase it by clearing site data.

What we collect

• Purchases. Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address, name (if provided), country, and payment status so we can send your license key, provide support and keep records. We never see your card number.
• Emails. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence to answer you.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and request headers to deliver and protect the site.
• No analytics or cookies today. We do not currently run analytics or set cookies. If we add privacy-friendly, cookieless usage counting later (for example counting tool opens, never file contents), we will update this page first.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts serves the Inter typeface; your browser requests it from Google, which can see your IP address.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare) serves the open-source PDF.js library. Only the code is downloaded; your file is not sent.
• Stripe handles payments.

Legal basis and sharing

We process purchase data to perform the contract with you (delivering the license) and for legal record keeping. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers above, and when the law requires it. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.

Retention

Purchase and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or Turkey's KVKK) you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Email ege@appxiom.co. See GDPR and KVKK for official information.

Children

Katplan is a work tool and is not directed at children under 16.

Cihazında kalanlar

• PDF'in, çizdiğin odalar ve sonuçlar yalnızca tarayıcı sekmesinin belleğinde durur; sekmeyi kapatınca veya yenileyince silinir.
• Tarayıcının yerel depolamasını şunlar için kullanırız: dil tercihin, lisans anahtarın, Tek Plan anahtarının hangi dosyaya bağlı olduğu notu (dosya adı ve boyutu) ve bu ay kullandığın ücretsiz plan sayacı. Bu veri cihazından çıkmaz; site verisini temizleyerek silebilirsin.

Neleri topluyoruz

• Satın alma. Ödemeleri Stripe işler. Kart ve fatura bilgilerini Stripe kendi gizlilik politikasına göre toplar. Biz e-posta adresini, (verdiysen) adını, ülkeni ve ödeme durumunu alırız; lisans anahtarını göndermek, destek vermek ve kayıt tutmak için. Kart numaranı asla görmeyiz.
• E-postalar. Bize yazarsan yanıtlamak için yazışmayı saklarız.
• Barındırma kayıtları. Site Cloudflare Pages üzerinde yayınlanır. Her web sunucusu gibi Cloudflare, siteyi sunmak ve korumak için IP adresi ve istek başlıkları gibi teknik veriyi işleyebilir.
• Bugün analitik veya çerez yok. Şu an analitik çalıştırmıyor, çerez bırakmıyoruz. İleride gizlilik dostu, çerezsiz kullanım sayımı eklersek (örneğin aracın açılma sayısı, dosya içeriği asla) önce bu sayfayı güncelleriz.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

• Google Fonts, Inter yazı tipini sunar; tarayıcın bunu Google'dan ister ve Google IP adresini görebilir.
• cdnjs (Cloudflare), açık kaynaklı PDF.js kütüphanesini sunar. Yalnızca kod iner; senin dosyan gönderilmez.
• Stripe ödemeleri işler.

Hukuki dayanak ve paylaşım

Satın alma verisini seninle sözleşmeyi yerine getirmek (lisansı teslim etmek) ve yasal kayıt tutmak için işleriz. Kişisel veriyi satmayız. Yalnızca yukarıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla ve yasa gerektirdiğinde paylaşırız. Verilerin, bu sağlayıcıların çalıştığı ABD ve diğer ülkelerde işlenebilir.

Saklama süresi

Satın alma ve vergi kayıtları yasanın gerektirdiği süre kadar tutulur. Destek e-postaları yardım için gerektiği kadar saklanır, sonra silinir.

Haklarınız

Bulunduğun yere göre (örneğin AB GDPR veya Türkiye KVKK) verine erişmeyi, düzeltmeyi, silmeyi veya işlenmesine itiraz etmeyi isteyebilirsin. ege@appxiom.co adresine yaz. Resmi bilgi için: KVKK, GDPR.

Çocuklar

Katplan bir iş aracıdır ve 16 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.
