1. The service
Katplan is a browser-based tool that helps you estimate areas from a PDF floor plan. By using it you agree to these terms.
2. Estimates only
Results are estimates. Accuracy depends on the scale you set, the quality of the PDF and where you click. Katplan does not guarantee any accuracy and does not detect rooms automatically. Verify measurements on site before ordering materials, quoting a price, signing a contract or any decision with financial or legal effect. Katplan is not a substitute for a licensed surveyor, architect or engineer.
3. Your files
Your PDF is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you open.
4. Plans and license keys
- Free: up to 3 rooms per plan, 3 plans per month on the same device, and a Katplan notice in the CSV.
- Tek Plan (one-time, USD 3): one project (the first PDF you open with the key), unlimited rooms, clean CSV, key valid for 30 days from issue.
- Pro Monthly (USD 9 per month): unlimited plans and rooms, clean CSV. A new key is issued each billing period by email. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.
- Keys are for your own use. Do not publish or resell keys. We may deactivate abused keys.
- Limits are enforced in your browser, so they depend on your device. Clearing browser data resets local counters; please play fair.
5. Payments, cancellation, refunds
Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in USD; taxes, where required, are shown at checkout. Cancel Pro at any time by emailing ege@appxiom.co; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If the tool does not work for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. (Rules on withdrawal for digital content differ by country; see for example Turkey's Law No. 6502 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.)
6. Delivery
The license key is delivered digitally by email to the address used at checkout, usually within one day. If you do not receive it, check spam and write to us with your Stripe receipt.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse, reverse engineer for resale, or attempt to disrupt the service. The tool uses the open-source PDF.js library under the Apache 2.0 license.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided as is. We may change features, prices for new purchases, or discontinue the service; for an active paid period we will honor your access or refund the unused part.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Appxiom Spark LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions based on estimates produced by the tool. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

1. Hizmet
Katplan, PDF kat planından alan tahmini yapmana yardım eden, tarayıcıda çalışan bir araçtır. Kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersin.
2. Yalnızca tahmin
Sonuçlar tahmindir. Doğruluk, ayarladığın ölçeğe, PDF'in kalitesine ve tıkladığın noktalara bağlıdır. Katplan hiçbir doğruluk garantisi vermez ve odaları otomatik bulmaz. Malzeme siparişi, fiyat teklifi, sözleşme imzası veya parasal ya da hukuki etkisi olan her karardan önce ölçüleri sahada doğrula. Katplan, ruhsatlı harita mühendisi, mimar veya mühendisin yerine geçmez.
3. Dosyaların
PDF'in tarayıcında işlenir, bize yüklenmez. Açtığın dosyaları kullanma hakkına sahip olmak senin sorumluluğundur.
4. Planlar ve lisans anahtarları
- Ücretsiz: plan başına 3 odaya kadar, aynı cihazda ayda 3 plan ve CSV'de Katplan notu.
- Tek Plan (tek seferlik, 3 USD): tek proje (anahtarla açtığın ilk PDF), sınırsız oda, temiz CSV, anahtar verildiği tarihten itibaren 30 gün geçerli.
- Pro Aylık (ayda 9 USD): sınırsız plan ve oda, temiz CSV. Her fatura döneminde e-postayla yeni anahtar verilir. Abonelik iptal edilene kadar aylık yenilenir.
- Anahtarlar kendi kullanımın içindir. Anahtarları yayınlama, satma. Kötüye kullanılan anahtarları devre dışı bırakabiliriz.
- Limitler tarayıcında uygulanır, bu yüzden cihazına bağlıdır. Tarayıcı verisini silmek yerel sayaçları sıfırlar; lütfen dürüst davran.
5. Ödeme, iptal, iade
Ödemeleri Stripe yürütür. Fiyatlar USD; gerekli yerlerde vergiler ödeme ekranında görünür. Pro'yu ege@appxiom.co adresine yazarak istediğin zaman iptal edebilirsin; ödenmiş dönem sonuna kadar erişimin sürer. Araç işine yaramazsa satın almadan sonraki 7 gün içinde e-posta at, iade edelim. Tüketici olarak yasal hakların saklıdır. (Dijital içerikte cayma kuralları ülkeye göre değişir; örneğin Türkiye'de 6502 sayılı Kanun ve AB'de Tüketici Hakları Direktifi.)
6. Teslimat
Lisans anahtarı dijital olarak, ödemede kullandığın e-posta adresine genelde bir gün içinde gönderilir. Gelmezse spam klasörüne bak ve Stripe makbuzunla bize yaz.
7. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Hizmeti kötüye kullanma, yeniden satış için tersine mühendislik yapma veya hizmeti aksatmaya çalışma. Araç, Apache 2.0 lisanslı açık kaynak PDF.js kütüphanesini kullanır.
8. Erişilebilirlik ve değişiklikler
Hizmet olduğu gibi sunulur. Özellikleri, yeni satın almalar için fiyatları değiştirebilir veya hizmeti sonlandırabiliriz; ödenmiş aktif dönem için erişimini sürdürürüz ya da kullanılmayan kısmı iade ederiz.
9. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde Appxiom Spark LLC, dolaylı veya sonuç olarak doğan zararlardan ya da aracın ürettiği tahminlere dayanan kararların zararlarından sorumlu değildir. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Yasayla sınırlanamayan sorumluluk bu maddeyle sınırlanmaz.
